Real Property	Advanced qualifications in valuation or real property.	10+ years in real property valuation.
Financial Instruments	CFA, MBA, or equivalent qualifications in financial valuation.	10+ years in financial instruments valuation.
Plant, Equipment & Infrastructure	Advanced qualifications in relevant fields.	10+ years in plant and machinery valuation.
Business Valuation	MBA, CFA, or advanced certifications in business valuation.	10+ years in business valuation.

Financial Instruments	Graduate or enrolled in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.	No experience required.
